Processing and fulfillment of the order begins after 100% payment confirmation.
💳 Payment by Bank Card
✔ We accept Visa and Mastercard cards from any bank worldwide.
✔ Payment is made through a secure payment page of a certified payment provider.
✔ After a successful transaction, you will receive a payment confirmation to the provided email.
✔ Funds are credited instantly.
📌 The currency for payment is determined by the client’s bank. Conversion is done automatically at the card issuer’s exchange rate.
🏦 Payment to a Private Entrepreneur Account (FOP)
✔ Payment by bank details to a Private Entrepreneur account (FOP).
✔ Bank details are provided after placing the order.
✔ The order is processed after the actual receipt of funds (1–2 business days).

✔ The website uses SSL encryption to protect data.
✔ Bank card data is not stored on the website.
✔ Payments are processed through certified payment systems.
📌 All orders are fulfilled after 100% prepayment.
📌 If the order cannot be fulfilled, funds are returned to the same payment method within 3–5 business days.
Delivery Terms and Conditions
🚀 Standard delivery across Ukraine – up to 3 hours after 100% payment confirmation (daily from 09:00 to 21:00).
⚡ Urgent delivery within the city – 1–3 hours after payment confirmation.
🕛 Night delivery (21:00–09:00) – up to 4 hours after confirmation, by prior agreement.
📅 Same-day delivery – for payments made before 19:00 of the current day.
🌅 Delivery by 10:00 a.m. – for payments made before 18:00 the previous day.
📌 On holidays (February 14, March 8, etc.), delivery time may be extended up to 6 hours.
Delivery Cost
✔ Free within regional centers of Ukraine from 09:00 to 21:00 for orders over 1000 UAH.
✔ 199 UAH – if the order amount is less than 1000 UAH.
✔ 199 UAH – night or morning delivery.
✔ Delivery within the region – from 300 UAH depending on distance and agreed before order confirmation.
📌 Repeat delivery (if the recipient is absent) – 199 UAH within regional centers.
Call Before Delivery
✔ Delivery is made with a prior call to the recipient to confirm a convenient time.
✔ Upon customer request, delivery without a prior call is possible (surprise).
✔ If the address is unknown, it is clarified with the recipient without disclosing the contents of the order.
Flower and Gift Delivery
✔ Choose a bouquet or gift
✔ Specify the city, date, and time of delivery
✔ Provide the recipient’s address, name, and phone number
✔ Add a card message (optional)
📌 Anonymity is preserved if the sender’s name is not indicated on the card.
